不慣~就是成長的開始.....

一只鯛魚和一只蠑螺在海中，蠑螺有著堅硬無比的外殼...

鯛魚在一旁讚嘆著說：『蠑螺啊！你真是了不起呀！一身堅強的外殼一定沒人傷得 了你!』

蠑螺也覺的鯛魚所言甚是，正洋洋得意的時候...

突然發現敵人來了，鯛魚說：『你有堅硬的外殼，我沒有，我只能用眼睛看個清楚...

確知危險從哪個方向來，然後，決定要怎麼逃走...』

說著說著，鯛魚便"咻"的一聲游走了...

此刻呢，蠑螺心裡在想，我有這麼一身堅固的防衛系統，沒人傷得了我啦！

我還怕什么呢?便關上大門，等待危險的過去...

蠑螺等呀等的，等了好長一段時間，也睡了好一陣子了...

心裡想呢：『危險應該已經過去了吧！』也就樂著，想探出頭透透氣時...

冒出頭來一看，扯破了喉嚨大叫：『救命呀！救命呀！』此時，牠正在水族箱裡...

對面的是大街，而水族箱上貼著的是：『蠑螺××元一斤!』

此時，不知你的感想如何?

這篇禪學寓言告訴我們：過分封閉自己或膨脹自我的人，都將喪失自我成長的机會...

自陷危險之境而不自知！

同樣的道理，你也聽過煮青蛙的故事吧?

當把一個青蛙放進一鍋燒得滾燙的開水中時，牠一下子就會從裡面跳出來...

但是把青蛙放在溫水裏，然後在鍋底下慢慢加溫，青蛙在溫水裡自由地游泳...

當水溫慢慢升高的時候這個青蛙絲毫沒有感覺...

當牠感覺到不舒服想跳出來的時候，雙腿已經沒有力量--它被煮熟了！

面對改變，我們時常會覺得有些不習慣，或者感覺有些壓力...

甚至是恐懼.............

可是我要告訴你：『這正是你成長的時刻！』

如果你不想接受這些不習慣或者壓力，那麼就去做你原來一直都在做的、一直都習慣做的事情...

當然你也將一直是過去的你...

若想要真正成長，那就要突破舒適的範圍...

也就是要暫時的失去安全感.......

所以，當你感覺自己有些不習慣，有些緊張或者壓力甚至是恐懼的時候...

起碼要知道，你正在成長 .......

The first day of school our professor introduced himself and challenged us to get to know someone we didn't already know. I stood up to look around when a gentle hand touched my shoulder.

I turned around to find a wrinkled, little old lady beaming up at me with a smile that lit up her entire being.

She said, "Hi handsome. My name is Rose. I'm eighty-seven years old. Can I give you a hug?"

I laughed and enthusiastically responded, "Of course you may!" and she gave me a giant squeeze.

"Why are you in college at such a young, innocent age?" I asked.

She jokingly replied, "I'm here to meet a rich husband, get married, and have a couple of kids..."

"No seriously," I asked. I was curious what may have motivated her to be taking on this challenge at her age.

"I always dreamed of having a college education and now I'm getting one!" she told me.

After class we walked to the student union building and shared a chocolate milkshake.We became instant friends.

Every day for the next three months we would leave class together and talk nonstop. I was always mesmerized listening to this "time machine" as she shared her wisdom and experience with me.

Over the course of the year, Rose became a campus icon and she easi ly made friends wherever she went. She loved to dress up and she reveled in the attention bestowed upon her from the other students. She was living it up.

At the end of the semester we invited Rose to speak at our football banquet. I'll never forget what she taught us.

She was introduced and stepped up to the podium. As she began to deliver her prepared speech, she dropped her three by five cards on the floor.

Frustrated and a little embarrassed she leaned into the microphone and simply said, "I'm sorry I'm so jittery. I gave up beer for Lent and this whiskey is killing me! I'll never get my speech back in order so let me just tell you what I know.

"As we laughed she cleared her throat and began, "We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing.

There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy, and achieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day. You've got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die.

We have so many people walking around who are dead and don't even know it!

There is a huge difference between growing older and growing up.If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don't do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years old. If I am eighty-seven years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything I will turn eighty-eight.

Anybody can grow older. That doesn't take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding opportunity in change. Have no regrets.The elderly usually don't have regrets for what we did, but rather for things we did not do. The only people who fear death are those with regrets.

"She concluded her speech by courageously singing "The Rose."She challenged each of us to study the lyrics and live them out in our daily lives. At the year's end Rose finished the college degree she had begun all those years ago.

One week after graduation Rose died peacefully in her sleep.

Over two thousand college students attended her funeral in tribute to the wonderful woman who taught by example that it's never too late to be all you can possibly be.

These words have been passed along in loving memory of ROSE.REMEMBER, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY. GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL.

We make a Living by what we get, We make a Life by what we give.God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage.

If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.

9. Those who work with computers everyday.
--- need to drink a Lot of Tea (any tea wil do).

Whenever you are working with the computer, you should make some tea, drink it when you are free. Drinking Tea is healthy, it can protect and prevent the harmful Ultraviolet light from harming us (when using computer).

Furthermore, it can also cure us when we are tired and help making our body feel fresh again.
